"I was very happy with the service. The engineer arrived at my home on time and was very friendly and polite. Unfortunately it wasn't cost effective to fix my washing machine due to a motor failure. I was expecting this news after a little research on Google. It was over 5 years old and had been very well used. The engineer mentioned they could sell and install a new machine that very same day. After I checked a few reviews on Google, I discovered their washing machines were highly rated and very well priced. I probably could have saved £5 searching the Internet and buying on-line elsewhere but I didn't want to wait a few days for delivery. The new washing machine was installed and the broken one removed very quickly. Overall I was very happy with the service I received from Hot Repairs."

Having found the fault with my washing machine, I rang you on Saturday morning and your engineer came out in the afternoon. His recommendation was that I needed a new one as it wasn't cost effective to have it repaired. I rang your shop to discuss having a new washing machine and as you had one in stock, you would be able to deliver and fit it on the following day - Sunday. I placed an order and it was delivered and fitted on Sunday as I requested.
For me this was a great help as I would have had to take time off work in the week. To find this kind of service today is very unusual. From my first phone call to having the machine delivered and fitted, the service I received was first class and I will definitely recommend Hot Repairs to my friends and relatives.
